All members of the staff at Nettium are encouraged to present new ideas, projects, etc., if they consider themselves capable of carrying these out. Nettium has promised the staff that at least one of these projects will be launched each year.

The principle of the company is to search for tangible and intangible elements to facilitate the daily tasks of its workers, who are considered a guarantee for the development of quality projects. Nettium therefore has many delegations concentrating on reconciling the work and family requirements of its staff and the total annual growth foreseen by the company must be accomplished during a working day of 08.00 to 15.30 hours.

On these lines, Nettium is involved in several projects for expansion in Europe and will be working on these over the next few years.
